Well, in spite of these lovely distractions, I must confess that I am ready to feel better now. I was hoping to go to church today, but I could hardly get out of bed, and I don't want to infect anyone else (although it seems like everyone in the world is already sick). I had my own little church service at home and it was good to get refocused. I get really drawn into imaginary worlds when I read, so it is important for me to come up for air.

The Pleasures of Being Sick

That is sooo true about you getting lost in imaginary worlds when you read. Two words: Harry Potter. Enough said!
i've been a sickie too...for 10 days now! and you've gotta love time to read and watch tv, almost guilt-free, for a change.
hope you feel better soon!
My family just got into LOST...and have not come up for air. They are watching it on the computer at ABC.com...Anyway, it makes it hard to get any computer time...Somebody is always watching "TV".
~~As always, praying for you. :0)
So, for some reason I haven't been "granted access" to your blog for a while, and I am now just catching up. I hope you will make it to this months book club! it is a crazy story about a crazy womanizing man. I can't wait to hear what you have to say about it. Miss you like the monkeys miss bananas!
