Sometimes in life friends come along like these. My friends the Horns, otherwise known as Jake, Wendy, Hannah and Austin, have been an unexpected blessing from the Lord. When I met them I was really busy and didn't really want any new friends. God knew differently and they have been the most faithful friends walking me through this time with Rachel. The last 2 days I have been struggling with anger over so much involving this Rachel stuff but I haven't been able to talk about it with someone who is not a part of "the system." Tonight after visiting, laughing, taking some GREAT pictures (by the way they have themes like" roaring like a lion" or "falling asleep," although some participants were more cooperative than others) and going through the bedtime routine Rachel and I have, they just listened to me.
I am always so thankful for these friends, but especially tonight!
